EMYA2025 – Our guests are exploring Podlasie
After several intense days of conference sessions and the EMYA2025 Awards Ceremony, our guests had the opportunity to take part in sightseeing trips across the Podlasie region, with a choice between Białowieża and Supraśl. These excursions offered a chance to discover the beauty of the region, enjoy its natural surroundings and cultural heritage, and foster new connections in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The group visiting Białowieża travelled through the picturesque Land of Open Shutters, admiring traditional wooden houses and Orthodox churches. In Białowieża, our guests explored the Trail of Royal Oaks and the charming Palace Park. A walk along the “Żebra Żubra” footbridge offered stunning views and moments of reflection. For many, it was a unique experience to stroll through one of Europe’s oldest forests, hoping for a glimpse of the European bison, and to breathe deeply in harmony with nature.
Participants of the Supraśl tour visited the historic Weavers’ Houses, the Museum of Icons, and the Monastery of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, immersing themselves in the rich culture and history of the region. At a local market, they had the opportunity to purchase souvenirs – from handmade crafts to regional delicacies. A highlight of the trip was a riverside lunch in the open air, creating a perfect setting for relaxation and conversation.
After days filled with unforgettable experiences, the excursions offered a moment to unwind and explore the charms of the Podlaskie Voivodeship. It was also a time for informal conversations and building meaningful relationships.
Although EMYA2025 has just come to a close, it marks the beginning of new friendships.
Thank you for being with us!
