Work is in progress regarding organisation of the EMYA2025 annual conference and awards ceremony which will take place from 21 to 25 May, 2025, in Białystok. This prestigious event will be hosted by the Sybir Memorial Museum.

A team of museum specialists from all departments — from scientific specialists, curators to administrative ones — is intensively working on preparing the conference and ceremony program. Inspiring panel discussions, workshops, and debates focused on innovations and best practices in the European museum sector are planned.

At the same time, the final elements of the event’s visual identity as well as detailed plans for accompanying events, including dedicated tours, are being completed. These tours enable participants to explore the unique character of Białystok and the Sybir Memorial Museum.

As part of the preparations, in order to provide the highest level of organization, consultations with experts are taking place regularly. Every aspect of the event is carefully analyzed and clarified for creating an unforgettable experience for guests and museum specialists from all over Europe.

EMYA2025 is a unique event that will not only celebrate the role of museums in Europe but also provide an opportunity for the entire museum community to exchange experiences and inspirations.
